After your workout; have a seat in our lounge, read one of our complimentary newspapers, drink your coffee and talk to your friends.
We believe that joining a gym shouldn’t feel like buying a mattress and going to a gym shouldn’t remind you of grocery shopping.
Fit For Life has been providing fitness, knowledge, friendship and advice to North Texas with group classes, experienced trainers and fully equipped executive fitness centers for over 20 years.
Many of our world-class trainers, instructors, employees and members have been with us since we opened in 1991. The owners are almost always onsite and we strive to make Fit For Life a better place to work, stay fit and play.
Fit For Life Cityview is still located at the corner of Bryant Irving and I-20.

Group Fitness classes are free for all members. We provide a wide range of motivating group classes that are designed for all fitness levels, skill levels and ages. Our Les Mills programs are among the most advanced in the world! See which one is right for you… click here.
Also our Group Fitness Program offers Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Boot Camps and Beat Down Fitness. As well as a variety of group Cycle & RMP classes with over 25 Body Bikes.

RPM is an indoor cycling workout and ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and its fast!

Our kids play area is free for all members!!
It’s a great place for your kids to play Simon Says, video games, do their homework, color, or just sit back on a beanbag chair and watch a movie while you exercise.
Our Fit for Kids attendants are CPR and First Aid certified, have passed rigorous background checks and are loved by our kids!!

Its Zumba designed for kids ages 4 to 12. Zumbatomic is a high-energy fitness-party packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love.

Personal Training
Our trainers are nationally certified and educated. They provide in depth experience in exercise fitness and nutrition and assure you through fitness plans based in credited exercise science.
One-hour sessions start @ $55.00 per session
Half-hour sessions start @ $30.00 per session
Indoor/Outdoor year round Group Training starts @ $10.00 per session
